The ‘SAKSHAM’ Program aims to transform beneficiaries into economically self-reliant individuals through targeted vocational training, entrepreneurial support, holistic wellness, and community welfare
Vocational & Skill Development for Employability
Implement vocational and skill development programs that boost employability for women, underprivileged individuals, and youth, enabling them to secure sustainable livelihoods.

Guaranteed Placement Cells
Partnering with local industries and placement agencies to facilitate job interviews and track employment outcomes for at least 70% of certified trainees.

Holistic Health and Wellness
Provide classes in Yoga and Meditation, along with Holistic Healing and Rejuvenation.
Mind-Body Classes
Regular, free or low-cost classes in Yoga, Pranayama (breathing exercises), and Meditation tailored to reduce stress and improve physical stamina—essential for maintaining consistent work performance.

Career Camps and Job Fairs
Regularly hosting intensive, one-day camps focused on immediate job placement by bringing together multiple employers and unemployed youth/women from the community. These camps include on-the-spot interviews and career counseling.
Specialized Welfare for Disabled Women:
○ Accessible Vocational Training: Offering specialized training courses (e.g., call center operation, data transcription, jewelry making) that can be performed with minimal mobility, ensuring all training centers are physically accessible.
○ Assistive Device Provision: Supplying necessary aids like wheelchairs, hearing devices, or specialized computing equipment to trainees.
Community Resource Navigation
Actively enrolling eligible members of economically disadvantaged communities into relevant state and central government welfare schemes (e.g., food security, housing, pension schemes), ensuring they maximize their social entitlements while pursuing livelihood goals.
